Cold sores are fluid-filled wound

The first stage happens is you
herpes infection of people who have wounds that have not healed. Sharing eating
utensils, razors or towels, and such kissing can spread the herpes simplex
virus type 1. And then mouth contact - can cause genital herpes simplex virus
infection type 1 on the genitals.
Once you hit the first stage of
herpes infections earlier, the virus will be asleep for a while in the nerve
cells of skin and may emerge again as an infection in or near the affected body
part first stage of infection. You will feel itchy or high sensitivity on the part
of previous infection. Fever, menstruation, stress, fatigue and exposed to
direct sunlight can trigger a recurrence of the disease.
You can take steps to prevent
themselves from illness cold sores. To prevent the disease spreading to other
parts of the body or to avoid infectious to others, are as follows:
• Avoid kissing and skin contact
with another person when seen any blisters. The virus can spread easily along
the existing discharge from the blisters.
• Avoid borrowing equipment. Supplies,
towels, lipbalm and other equipment can spread the virus when blisters are
formed.
• Keep your hands to keep them
clean. Wash your hands properly before touching another person when you are
exposed to cold sores.
• Be careful when touching other
parts of your body. Eyes and the area around the genitals can be specific areas
that are vulnerable to the spread of the virus.
• Use sunblock. Use a sunblock on
the lips and face before exposure to the sun for a long time to help prevent
cold sores.
